Diablo III - Flaws, Problems and Opinions

Diablo III - Flaws, Problems and Opinions

After playing diablo II for a while, i thought the game was great, fun and just a blast so i decided to buy Diablo III a couple months back. I have been watching all of the trailers and You tube channels all about Diablo III leading up until the release date, I was excited to get right into the game, it was fun... at first.
I mean, the story line was a little short but was still good.
The Game is okay, but its not a Great game, i mean, the replay ability is just so boring... same level after same level, sure it gives you a harder challenge each time you beat the game on a certain difficulty, but really what are you going to do when you finish on Inferno and reach level 60? oh and dont get me started on the stupid low - mid level cap. Diablo II was unique for having such a high level cap and it   just made the player want to only reach the higher level and             keep playing.

So you finish the game on Inferno and reached the level cap? now you farm weapons? thats not as fun as i thought Diablo 3 would be, i mean there is only just about 100+ hours of play ability per class.

The only upside to replay ability is having a good 5 classes to choose from, each having different abilities to use.

One of the many things that really annoys me is the bugs, glitches and connection problems in game, if you have a look on the Diablo Sub-Reddit (On Reddit) you will find nearly every 5 posts are about how the game could be improved and things the players hate about the game? i know usually in the first month the developers iron out bugs and problems with the games, not in this case.
For example: the connection is terrible in some countries, it says there connection has 100 - 120 ping and they just lag and there is terrible rubber-banding.

The next thing that i hate about Diablo III, is the RMAH (Real Money Auction House).
Well... it is not that bad, i mean its a great idea but really, paying $250 for a virtual item that you will probly use for about 1 or 2 days before finding some better weapon on the Auction House? i mean sure go ahead you fans of Diablo who are really passionate about the game. Although i love the Normal Auction House on the other hand, i think that is a great addition to Diablo III IMO. Blizzard has already made enough money selling around 6.5 MILLION copies!!! but yet they are still collecting some of the money from the RMAH.
Also when cashing out to say Paypal, they tax you $1 off the profit.... seriously blizzard.

The final two things that are my most HATES for Diablo III, is how blizzard has made Diablo III accessible only for people with an internet connection. i mean really. Diablo III is practically a single player game, unless you play with friends, shouldnt that have been an option in the menu, if you wanted to play single player, you could? but Nooo... you had to be online all the time, even when you were playing by yourself, this would have fixed the lag issues in the beginning.

Now, Item Drops. Who inst excited about killing and elite pack and seeing that, Rare/Legendary/Set item drop? well we used to, in Diablo II that is. Unlike Diablo II, the drop rate for Legendarys and Set pieces in Diablo III are SOOO RARE its not funny but that's not all, the items are terrible!, well not the set pieces but the legendarys are just plain letdowns, i mean you farm and farm and farm until you finally get one and its just plain terrible, the stats are bad and you just end up selling it or scrap it for essences, you don't even use them. in Diablo II you head straight into the game and BAM! Legendarys and awesome rares and they are genuinely good with great stats. I am not even going to bother with what happend with MF (Magic Find) haha.

Not to mention the PVP update that will come soon, mabye this will change the game a bit and add more play ability to Diablo III.

Hopefully the team at Blizzard can eventually polish D3 into a great game like the ones in the rest of the series.

These are just my opinions and I hope you agree with them too.
